Abstract Submission Guideline
- All documents and presentation should be submitted by English medium.
- Abstracts should be based on original research that has already been completed and research work presented or published elsewhere in the same/similar form should NOT be submitted for ACRS 2024..
- Plagiarism will be checked prior to the review process and if the similarity index is 20% or more, the submission will be rejected without further reviewing.
- Abstracts should be short, clear, concise, and coherent.
- One author can submit maximum of three abstracts.
- With each submission, the given declaration form should be sent separately (filled and signed by the lead/ or corresponding author of the paper). Please attach a scanned copy of the signed document. Until this document is received, processing will not be commenced.
- In the case of the abstracts with multiple authors, it is the responsibility of the corresponding author to obtain the consent of the relevant co-authors in the author declaration form provided in the web site for their consent at the time of submission.
- The presenting author of the abstract must be registered for ACRS 2024 by the time of acceptance.
- The decision of the reviewers will be final. All changes recommended by the reviewers should be made before the abstract is finally accepted.
- Abstracts can be withdrawn after the acceptance with a written acceptable explanation sent by mail to the Secretary, ACRS 2024.
- Once an abstract is accepted, it is obligatory for the presenting author or under unavoidable circumstances, one of the co-author/s, to present the paper at the ACRS 2024.
GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT PREPARATION
- All abstracts should be written in English (British) language using MS Word (.docx/.doc format).
- The abstract should contain the following
Title of the Abstract
1.Font: Times New Roman, 12, Bold, Centered.
2.Title should be brief, descriptive, and should not span more than 2 lines.
3.Center-aligned with the first letter of each word, other than the prepositions, capitalized. Abbreviations should not be used.
Authors and Affiliations:
The names and affiliations should appear below the title. Type authors’ names, giving each author’s initials after the last name and the superscript number to indicate affiliations (see the template and example given below). Leave no space between the authors’ names and the affiliations. When there are more than two or more authors and if they are from different institutions their affiliations should be identified by superscript Arabic numbers (see below). Identify the corresponding author by an asterisk (*). The e-mail address of the corresponding author should be indicated center-aligned below the authors and affiliations as shown below and should be Times New Romans font in size 10.

Text/Body of the Abstract:
A concise and factual abstract is required. An abstract is a single paragraph, without subheadings, indentation, or references. It should be an explicit summary of the research/study that states the research problem, the objectives, the methods used, Asian Conference on Remote Sensing 2024 Page 5 of 5 and the major results and conclusions. Do not include bullets/lists or references in the abstract.
Keywords:
Three to five words or phrases in alphabetical order, separated by commas under the body of the abstract.
